Work on the rotating neck, the legs, and the bottom of body

Here is some progress on the neck, the legs, and the body structure. I have added a conical structure to the bottom of the body,

a cover for the swivel wheel at the third leg,

and covers for the two main legs.

For the neck, I used a Lazy-Susan bearing and a micro servo.
